Hire Me, I’m Fabulous! (HMIF) is an intergenerational movement founded in 2019 by Nathalie Brodard, a recruitment expert and founder of Brodard Executive Search and Brodiance.
Her goal: to break the isolation often felt during a job search by creating a human, inclusive, and supportive community where everyone can find a listening ear, encouragement, and the energy to move forward.
